LLB Technologies reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your
order for any reason. LLB Technologies reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order, without
prior notice to you, to supply less
than the quantity ordered of any
hosting plan attribute on a temporary
basis, depending on availability
of replacement parts for faulty
equipment due to reasons beyond
our direct control ( i.e. delay
of parts due to shipping challenges,
part back-order or temporary hardware
limitations. All orders placed over
$1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval
with an acceptable method of payment,
as established by our credit and
fraud avoidance department. We may
require additional verifications
or information before accepting
any order. LLB Technologies is a
reseller to end user customers and
may limit order processing according
to hosting plan availabilities.
Cancellation
of Services Policy
Cancellation of hosting plans
and web design services must be
done 30 days via writing prior
to the cancellation date(Email
form or Mail delivery), all fees
accrued up to the date of the
plan closure are the responsibility
of the plan purchaser. Failure
of payment will default to service
closure, service cancellation
within 7 days of the payment due
date and the plan holder will
be billed accordingly or turned
over to a collection agency for
reimbursements of funds. Reactivation
of any services will require a
reconnection fee equal to current
startup fees for that hosting
plan or web design service, after
all outstanding fees have been
paid in full.
